Golden Coast

Since I won't get to visit the golden coast this year, I am looking back on the photos from last summer and enjoying the memories. This shot was from a test shoot with my 300mm 2.8 lens. I had gotten the lens on my way to Cali and had not shot with it. I took it out to the beach and practiced shooting seagull silhouettes at sunset. I had never been more impressed with a lens. I miss the sunsets over the ocean and the beautiful scenery of huntington beach and driving up big sur. I hope to get back out there in 2015 and really dive deep into the wilderness to experience everything that beautiful state has to offer.
