For propresenter it is good to have some power but there is no need to spend too much to go above and beyond as there are no real world gains for ample computer specs for this single purpose machine. However, if you are planning on running livestream operations from the same computer (not recommended) then it is advised to get a more powerful computer in order to handle both tasks simultaneously.
